...is the decision making process. |
Do I like these with few, simple stitches best or... |
...these, totally filled with lots of stitches. |
Or both together. Whichever I choose , do I mix them with blank denim squares or... |
Or just the stitchy ones. |
This one is my favorite today. |
This one escaped that part of the process because I decided it was a postcard. |
I just have to figure out how to address it and affix postage. Any ideas? Ones involving duct tape will especially get my attention. |
The worst part by far is arranging the pictures on blogger. |
They almost never go where I put them |
I'd love some advice there, too. What's the secret to controlling picture placement on Blogger? Quilt squares are waaaay easier. |
Jennifer, can you either straight stitch (if you don't mind it fraying a tad) or zig zag it onto card stock for a post card? Good idea for a post card and especially great colors for the season!
ReplyDeleteThat's going to be really cool when it's finished. Sorry I can't give you any tips. Can't wait to see the final product.
ReplyDeleteI love the fall-colored stitching. I have better luck arranging blogger photos if I leave the captions separate from the photos (Just in the regular text rather than an actual 'caption'). This might help.
ReplyDeleteRight, the window for pictures will expand to fit the length of the caption (a flaw in blogger). We love your embroidered running stitches and can hardly wait to see this quilt as it develops !
